Private Instruction

Intermediate Small Groups. Not more than 10 Students Per Class - "Trailblazers". This class focuses on building the skills that will translate directly to the field. We focus on breaking down dodging, catching, and passing more accurately, and shooting mechanics around the cage.

Advanced Level 1 for Girls - Small Groups. Not more than 10 Students Per Class - "Summit" - By invitation only. Ask a staff member for more details. This is a faster paced class that the Intermediate where we focus on when and where to dodge, explosion out of the dodge, and catching and shooting consistently on the move.

Elementary Small Group. Not more than 10 Students Per Class - "Base" = Basics.

Small group of up to 10 students to 1 trainer. Focus on proper stick holding, hand placement and cradling, proper catching, passing, ball movement, ground balls, proper shooting technique and more.

Small Group - Mixed age. Specialized goalie lessons that will take your skills between the pipes to the next level. Focus is on all aspects of the position, including stance, positioning, clearing, footwork, and reaction time. This class is co-ed. Classes are broken up into skill level. Beginner/Intermediate and Intermediate/Advanced. For first timers, please start at Beginner/Intermediate so that Coach can evaluate player.
