Pat and Sandra are long time residents of Cumming, Georgia. Pat is a retired Police Detective. Sandra was a Paralegal for many years. They have two children, Joey & Karaline. In 2017, Pat needed to retire from law enforcement after almost being killed in the line of duty. This is when they started their first business together, PureOne Services, a Remediation and Restoration company.
Pat played lacrosse when he was younger and also as an Old Guy. He has an extreme passion for the game and for coaching kids. He has been a lacrosse coach for many years, coaching his son, Joey's teams for about 8 years. Today you can catch him coaching at Elevate or outside on the field coaching his daughter, Karaline's teams. Karaline was a student at Elevate Lacrosse Academy before they decided to purchase it the business.
We saw such a benefit in the small group, professional coach taught training and how it progressed our daughters game. We wanted to be able to help grow this concept for lacrosse players of all ages and skill set so when the opportunity presented itself, we took it. Our philosophy is to bring the best most unique training and programs to our Communities so that every player has the opportunity to ELEVATE their GAME! ~ Sandra Apoian
Coach Monti is the Club Director of Axis Atlanta Girls Lacrosse Club. She is a High School Team Georgia Coach and she has helped coach for the Mill Creek Lacrosse program as well as the Flames Lacrosse program in NC. She has also served for 2 years with the North Gwinnett Middle School lacrosse program as a head coach and instructor.
Coach Monti was a 4 year starter for Methodist University. She was named Rookie of the Year her freshman year, set the school record in draw controls, assists, caused turnovers, scoring, and ground balls. Monti specialized in draw controls at her school setting a season-high record of 123 and a career-high record of 279. She also received All-Conference accolades.
A Buford, Georgia native, Monti played lacrosse at Mill Creek High school. During her time, she received Gwinnett All-County first team twice and was a first-team All-State selection for the Hawks her senior year.
Coach Will is currently the Lead Boys Lacrosse Instructor at Elevate Lacrosse Academy in Suwanee, Varsity Boys Head Coach at Hebron Christian Academy, and Former Offensive Coordinator at University of Georgia.
Coach Will is a native of Greenville, South Carolina and played college lacrosse at Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA. Coach Will was the co-captain of the Men's Lacrosse team at Mercyhurst and holds multiple records for scoring, assists, and overall points in a game. Coach Will helped lead his team to the two most successful seasons in the program's history.
Coach Will also attended Tennessee Wesleyan University where he was awarded the prestigious Stan Harrison Award (Most Valuable Athlete in 2015). Coach Will also set National records in overall assists and points in a single game and season. Coach will was the two time captain and earned All Conference accolades.
Caroline Ariano has played lacrosse for 10 years now and specializes in draws. Currently she plays at Kennesaw State University on the girls club team where she is a draw specialist. Previously she played at Piedmont University where she specialized at draws and played attack. Before that, and because of Covid, she only played 3 years at North Gwinnett High School. During her time at NGHS, she was a draw specialist and played attack. She currently hold North Gwinnett’s all time draw control record of 287. She was the captain of the varsity team her senior year and made the All County Second Team Girls Attack and All County Girls Leadership. She was an Assistant coach for Gwinnett Rush where she taught draw control.

Coach Branche grew up playing lacrosse in Syracuse New York and has lived in the Atlanta area for the last 24 years with his wife and kids. Coach Branche started the Mountain View High School Boys Lacrosse program as its first Director of Lacrosse while also assisting in the development of the coaches and players in the Mountain View Youth Lacrosse program at its inception.
In 2019 Coach Branche moved to Buford High School where he took on the role of Varsity Offensive Coodininator where they made it to the 5A GHSA Lacrosse Final Four. The 2020 Buford team moved up to 6A/7A and went undefeated until the COVID shutdown, beating some tough teams like McCallie School out of Chattanooga, TN on the road. Before retiring from coaching Varsity lacrosse in 2021 so he could spend more time with his family, he helped Buford make it to the 6A/7A GHSA Elite 8.
Throughout his time coaching Varsity level lacrosse, Coach Branche was also coaching youth and travel lacrosse at all age groups and skill levels which helps him bring an uncommon breadth and depth of experience to Elevate. His goal is to develop his players into more than just elite lacrosse players; it is also to develop them into productive young men with character, work ethic, and integrity.
Zach Czulada is currently in his first year as Head Coach at North Gwinnett High School. Czulada arrives to the Atlanta area after coaching the past 2 years at Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL as Defensive Coordinator. While at Lynn Czulada coached multiple all conference defenders and helped bring Lynn back to the conference playoffs for the first time since 2019. Prior to his time at Lynn, Czulada was the Defensive Coordinator for a year and a half at North Greenville University. Before getting into coaching, Czulada was a 5-year starting goalie at Piedmont University, where he was named All-Conference 3 times, was awarded USA South Defensive Player of the Year and capped his career being named to the USILA D3 Senior All-Star Game.

Mark was named Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach in September 2023 and will begin his second season with Piedmont in the spring of 2025. Destro joins the Lions after spending this past season as Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach at Oglethorpe University. Overall, Destro boasts seven seasons of collegiate coaching experience, all of which have come at the NCAA Division III level. Destro began his coaching career as Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach for Sewanee in the 2015 and 2016 seasons, helping the team secure two conference championships and NCAA tournament appearances. After the 2016 season, Destro moved to the University of Mount Union before spending two seasons coaching at Methodist University as an assistant coach in 2018 and 2019. As a collegiate athlete, Destro played three seasons of lacrosse as a goalie at The Catholic University of America, while he also earned Division I experience, playing for both Manhattan College and Jacksonville University. In 2022, Destro earned his master's of business administration from Liberty University and also has a bachelor of arts in history from Catholic University of America, which he earned in 2014.

Coach Dunton is currently the Head Coach of Piedmont University Men's Lacrosse Team.
As the head of the men's lacrosse program at Piedmont University since 2016, Coach Tim Dunton continues to inspire and elevate his players, instilling not only a passion for the game but also fostering a culture of teamwork, discipline, and excellence. In 2021, Coach led the Lions to an undefeated conference regular season and shared the top spot in USA South Regular Season for 2023.
Coach Dunton's commitment to excellence is further exemplified by an impressive list of coaching highlights during his time at Piedmont University, including securing the USA South Tournament Championship in 2019 and leading the team to an undefeated USA South West Division Regular Season in 2021. His coaching acumen also earned him the prestigious title of USA South Coach of the Year in 2021, a testament to his unwavering dedication and exceptional coaching abilities.
Prior to Piedmont Coach Dunton was the Head Coach at Lasell (2003-2015) and played collegiately at Endicott from 1997-2000.
Coach Dunton lives in the Mill Creek school district with his wife and 2 children.
Nick is a distinguished lacrosse player who excelled as a Varsity offensive attackman at Mill Creek High School from 2012 to 2015. During his high school career, he showcased exceptional skill and leadership on the field. Continuing his passion for lacrosse in college, Nick was a three-time team captain for the Georgia College & State University (GCSU) club lacrosse team from 2016 to 2019, where he led his team with dedication and strategic prowess. His leadership and talent have left a lasting impact on both his high school and college lacrosse teams. Known for his strategic acumen and leadership Nick turned into a coach in 2023. He returned to his alma mater, Mill Creek High School, as an assistant coach for the offense. In 2024, he took on the role of defensive coordinator at Hebron Christian Academy, bringing his expertise and passion for the game to a new team.
Willie graduated from Mill Creek HS in 2019. He then went on to play college lacrosse at Wingate University where he graduated in 2023. He is currently working on completing his MBA at Wingate. During his lacrosse career he received the following honors:

-2x SAC Player of the Year
Willie has also recently signed with the NLL's Las Vegas Desert Dogs.
Kira has over 14 years of experience within the lacrosse community from both playing and coaching at multiple competitive levels. She is a local resident of Cobb County, but grew up playing for Forsyth County recreational teams as well as becoming a 4 year letterman, Defensive MVP, and Defensive Captain at South Forsyth High School. Kira played club lacrosse during her recruitment journey with LB3 and then Southern Zone. For her collegiate career, Kira attended and played D2 lacrosse at North Greenville University from 2018-2022, where she was a 3-year defensive team captain, All-Conference team player, Heart & Hustle award winner, and a 2-time Defensive MVP. Kira is passionate about transforming players into both stellar athletes and society members by playing and excelling at the game they all love as her own coaches have before her.

Coach Morris has been with Elevate for 2 years and is ready to coach the next generation of Georgia Athletes. Growing up in Northern Virginia, Coach Morris attended Chantilly High where he was a four year varsity athlete and an All-State Defender his Senior year. After graduating he played college lacrosse at Virginia Wesleyan University in Virginia Beach where he was a four year starter for the Marlins Defense and a Captain his Senior year. Over his career he accumulated 63 ground balls and 32 caused turnovers in 36 games.

Coach Nicole is currently a coach with AXIS Lacrosse Club in Gwinnett County GA. She just completed her fourth coaching season with them. Originally from Brewster, NY, Nicole began coaching youth lacrosse in high school, aiming to share the knowledge of the game to talent in her community. She went on to play collegiate lacrosse at Roger Williams University, where she served as a team captain, earned All-Conference honors, and helped lead the Hawks to their first-ever Conference title.
Since graduating, Nicole has coached with various clubs, camps, and high school teams, continuing to promote her love for the game. She also worked for the Georgia Swarm in Duluth, GA, blending her passion for lacrosse and media. Currently, Nicole is the Digital Media Manager for Premier Rugby Sevens.
Coach Kevin Peek is a recently retired teacher and coach, He retired from Buford City Schools where he has coached lacrosse since 2016. He became the head coach/defensive coordinator in 2017 until turning over the head coaching duties in 2024 and remaining as defensive coordinator/assistant head coach for his last season. Before Coach arrived at Buford the program had never had a winning season. Not only did they make the playoffs the first year, but continued to improve and build the program into a State Championship program in 2024. There were 3 other Final 4 and an Elite 8 appearance as well. Coach Kevin also served as the Mill Creek JV coach for 3 years before moving to Buford as well as coaching in the youth league and helping with different club programs. During this time at Buford he was awarded Gwinnett County Head Coach of the Year 3 times and was the GHSA Assistant Coach of the Year in 2024.
During his coaching tenure Coach Kevin has worked with and against the best coaches in the state and has learned from all of them. He also studies collegiate coaches and games to stay on top of the newest ideas, techniques and strategies to help his players adapt to the game as it changes. He has coached various other high school sports and uses concepts from basketball, football, and strength/conditioning/speed to help his players improve their game.
During his time at Buford, Coach Kevin has seen over 25 Buford players move on to play at the collegiate level, 7 at the Division 1 level. Of those, 16 of them have been on the defensive side of the field with 4 of them playing at the Division 1 level. Coach enjoys developing players' individual skills and lacrosse IQ and then utilizing their skills to contribute to effective team defenses. Buford has had one of the top defenses in the state over the last 8 years.
Coach Kevin and his wife Amy have 3 children, all of whom play lacrosse. Davis is a junior defender at Mercer, Max is now a freshman defender at Piedmont. and Carson is a sophomore who is a defender/midfielder in the MacLax club program.
Ronnie is a native of Kingsport, TN and moved to Georgia at a young age. He has spent his life involved in athletics from playing to coaching to officiating. Ronnie has coached youth lacrosse for 4 seasons, is currently a Head Coach for Crown Lacrosse Georgia and is the Store Operator for Lacrosse Unlimited of Cumming, GA. As a coach his players not only grew in lacrosse knowledge and skill, but in confidence in themselves on and off the field. He not only loves the game but has a passion for the game of lacrosse, seeing the growth of lacrosse and players in Georgia brings him joy. Ronnie’s goal is to promote education and growth within his players. “Hard work outperforms talent when talent doesn’t work hard,” is often heard on and off the field from Ronnie. He is married to Melissa, his wife of 19 years. Together Melissa and Ronnie have two children, Lorelei and Elijah.
Trey Cohron was the starting goalie for all of his 4 years at North Gwinnett High School. He played for 3D, Thunder, and finished with Team 91 Georgia his last two years of travel ball. He has committed to Young Harris College for the Fall 2024. Trey will be coaching at Elevate when he is home from college on breaks and during the summer.
