Girls Intermediate

Intermediate Small Group. Not more than 12-15 Students Per Class - "Trailblazers". This class focuses on building the skills that will translate directly to the field. We focus on breaking down dodging, catching, and passing more accurately, and shooting mechanics around the cage.

Girls Middle School Advanced

Advanced Middle School for Girls - Small Groups. Not more than 12-15 Students Per Class - "Summit" - By invitation only. Ask a staff member for more details. This is a faster paced class that the Intermediate where we focus on when and where to dodge, explosion out of the dodge, and catching and shooting consistently on the move.

Girls Advanced

Boys High School Advanced

Boys Defense

Open to Long and Short Sticks. This is a Small Group class of not more than 12-15 kids per class.

Base - K-3

Elementary Small Group. Not more than 10-12 Students Per Class - "Base" = Basics.

Beginners Fundamentals

Small group of up to 8 students to 1 trainer. Focus on proper stick holding, hand placement and cradling, proper catching, passing, ball movement, ground balls, proper shooting technique and more. 6 Session Package available for $150.00.

Open Gym Shooting
